VOXDATA is ISO 9001:2008 certified. This standard certification enables VOXDATA to demonstrate its commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction, as well as allow the company to continuously improve its quality management system and integrate with the changing call centre industry.

SGS Canada completes an annual audit and provides re-certification every three years. VOXDATA has been ISO certified since 1997.

VOXDATA utilizes ISO 9001:2008 based on eight quality management principles of customer focus; leadership; involvement of people; process approach; system approach; continual improvement; fact-based decision making; and mutually beneficial client relationships.

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world’s largest developer and publisher of International Standards.
